AI Solutions Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the technology and AI strategy for ERP and WFM in collaboration with our clients and the Enterprise AI team, along with governance.

• Supervise the identification, rationalization, value proposition, testing, and execution of AI-driven initiatives that align with organizational goals.

• Assess and promote the integration of AI technologies within our core platforms as well as externally (e.g., Workday AI versus AWS partnerships, etc.).

• Foster collaboration among analysts, solution architects, operational leaders, and vendor partners.

• Ensure compliance of operations and staff with regulatory and/or accreditation agency standards and policies.

• Create dashboards, action plans, and various tools to continuously track key performance indicators.

• Collaborate with the team to evaluate, plan, and implement necessary changes to meet objectives.

• Lead, manage, and monitor improvement initiatives and program-related projects.

• Act as the primary liaison for the program for both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required in a related field.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• Experience in consulting and/or project management is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of tools is required.

• A proven history of achieving goals in a timely and collaborative manner.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
