• Develop and strengthen relationships with AI/ML users to encourage adoption, discover new use cases, and promote increased usage across customer accounts. This involves regular interactions such as weekly or bi-weekly calls and continuous account management.
• Engage in discovery sessions with customers to grasp their objectives, communicate the Arize vision, showcase product capabilities, and propose customized solutions.
• Partner with technical teams, including Customer Success Engineering, to meet complex customer requirements, ensure seamless implementation, and provide guidance on technical best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions with customers during the onboarding process and when introducing new functionalities.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase account value, identify growth opportunities, and enhance customer partnerships.
• Actively monitor product usage across your accounts to assess account health.
• Collaborate closely with Account Management and Executive teams to pinpoint upsell opportunities and synchronize on customer health initiatives.
• Effectively communicate customer feature requests to internal teams and advocate for customer interests.
• Ensure that support teams are aligned with customer requests and priorities.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to excel in environments with limited processes.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple customer relationships efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating insights and fostering teamwork across departments.
• Demonstrated ability to present technical products and translate their benefits into customized customer solutions.
• Flourishes in fast-paced settings with a customer-centric approach and a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
• A collaborative team player who values teamwork and shared success.
