This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with leaders from Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and other departments to pinpoint valuable AI opportunities.
• Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies and failure points, and redesign workflows for automation.
• Establish success metrics and convert business objectives into actionable build plans.
• Create and implement internal AI agents and agentic workflows utilizing LLM patterns, tool usage/function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Develop comprehensive solutions that encompass UX, service/API layers, integrations, data access, triggers, and connections to business systems.
• Connect systems through APIs, authentication methods, structured data formats, and webhooks.
• Employ AI-assisted development methodologies while ensuring quality and maintainability.
• Take ownership of production reliability through monitoring, alerting, logging, incident response, and ongoing enhancements.
• Create reusable patterns, shared components, evaluation frameworks, templates, and documentation.
• Develop runbooks and provide streamlined training for internal teams.
• Implement safeguards including data minimization, access controls, secrets management, safe prompting/tooling, output validation, and traceability.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, audit readiness, change management, ownership, privacy, and consent requirements.
• Document system operations, data access, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate efforts with Business Technology, IT/Security, Legal/Privacy, and subject matter experts.
• Clearly communicate progress and manage trade-offs between speed and thoroughness.
• Deploy impactful internal AI agents within actual business workflows and create a scalable operational model for internal AI.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain end-to-end software from design through deployment and ongoing operations.
• Strong foundation in engineering principles.
• Proficient in at least one contemporary programming language such as Python, TypeScript, C#, or Node.js.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Hands-on experience with system integration via APIs, authentication, and structured data formats.
• Capability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, translate vague issues into specifications, iterate rapidly, and encourage adoption.
• Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success domains.
• Experience integrating CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, customer success/support platforms, ERP, or similar enterprise applications using APIs and webhooks.
• Understanding of GTM workflows and data associated with leads, accounts, opportunities, activities, customer engagement, and support processes.
• Comfort with marketing, sales, and customer data, including aspects of data quality, enrichment, privacy, and consent.
• Background in building cloud-based services.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, test automation, and operational monitoring.
• Knowledge in networking, identity management, secrets management, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience or a strong interest in AI-assisted development.
• Practical experience in creating LLM-powered tools and agents, including prompting, tool usage/function calling, retrieval, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation/quality methods.
• Ability to design safe and reliable AI systems utilizing validation, fallbacks, human-in-the-loop techniques, and clear failure management.
• Preferred: Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance, Lean or operational improvement methodologies, and internal tools that enhance adoption across business functions.
