AI Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers after project completion to comprehend workflows, operational processes, and deployment needs.

• Convert insights into well-defined implementation strategies for AI-driven solutions.

• Collaborate with customers to evaluate data preparedness and collect inputs for AI workflows.

• Set up and incorporate AI elements into customized, AI-enhanced workflows.

• Work alongside R&D to address data deficiencies and enhance product functionalities as required.

• Manage the complete solution deployment process and ensure models align with performance and business value goals.

• Establish success metrics and promote adoption following the launch.

• Oversee integrations with enterprise systems (such as Finance, ERP, email platforms), ensuring they are scalable and secure.

• Assist customers through security, compliance, and IT approval procedures.

• Strategize and carry out rollout plans to facilitate seamless implementation and adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Implementation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or a comparable post-sale customer-facing position.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to transform business requirements into technical solutions.

• Solid understanding of AI principles and their applications within enterprises.

• High familiarity with contemporary AI tools and workflows.

• Experience in supporting deployments across cloud environments and integrating with enterprise systems.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven track record of managing solution delivery throughout the entire post-sale customer lifecycle.

• Nice to Have: Experience with process mining, workflow mapping, or operational analytics; Familiarity with enterprise platforms; Background in the financial services industry.
