This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to identify high-potential accounts and convert interest into qualified opportunities.
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions that reveal and quantify each customer's challenges, priorities, and anticipated outcomes.
• Align the appropriate solution from our portfolio—AI, Professional Services, and Reseller—and deliver demonstrations that connect capabilities directly to the customer's challenges.
• Create and present customized proposals that transform the identified fit into a persuasive, ROI-supported business case.
• Prepare fully qualified, well-documented opportunities for the CSM to successfully close, ensuring a smooth transition for the customer.
• Relay frontline customer and market insights back to Marketing and Product teams to enhance our go-to-market strategies.
• Over 3 years of experience in a consultative, customer-facing commercial position, such as customer success or solutions engineering.
• Familiarity with Customer Success Platforms (CSPs), with a strong preference for ChurnZero, as well as CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Trained in or proficient with the Sandler sales methodology or a similar approach.
• Strong discovery capabilities paired with a confident and engaging product demonstration style.
• A proven history of achieving growth targets.
• Ability to discuss AI concepts credibly and translate those capabilities into business value; comfortable navigating a multi-product portfolio.
• Demonstrated success in generating and qualifying pipeline across various channels and market segments.
• Excellent communication skills, effectively engaging both technical and executive audiences.
