AI Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success Managers to identify high-potential accounts and convert interest into qualified opportunities.

• Conduct consultative discovery sessions that reveal and quantify each customer's challenges, priorities, and desired results.

• Align the appropriate solution from our offerings—AI, Professional Services, and Reseller—and deliver demonstrations that directly address the customer's issues.

• Create and present customized proposals that transform the identified fit into a persuasive, ROI-supported business case.

• Prepare fully qualified, well-documented opportunities for the CSM to close, ensuring a smooth transition for the customer.

• Relay frontline customer and market insights back to Marketing and Product teams to enhance our go-to-market strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a consultative, customer-facing commercial role, such as customer success or solutions engineering.

• Familiarity with Customer Success Platforms (strong preference for ChurnZero) and Customer Relationship Management systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).

• Experience or fluency in the Sandler sales methodology (or a comparable approach).

• Strong discovery skills paired with a confident and engaging product demonstration style.

• Proven history of achieving growth targets.

• Ability to articulate AI concepts and convert capabilities into business value; comfortable across a multi-product portfolio.

• A successful track record in generating and qualifying leads across various channels and segments.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.
