This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Agentic Process Workshops: Lead organized workshops with customer process owners across essential manufacturing value streams (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Contract, and Plan-to-Manufacture).

• Distinguish standard practices from genuine human-in-the-loop necessities and pinpoint decision points that can be managed by an agent.

• Transform Requirements into Agentic Flows: Convert disorganized spreadsheets, email threads, and informal knowledge into well-structured agentic flows.

• Assess what the standard Persona Agent encompasses versus what requires bespoke engineering, and generate justifiable work estimates in advance.

• Design Integrated Solutions: Take charge of the technical architecture of the deployment, ensuring integration across ERP systems (both QAD and non-QAD), PLM, EDI, email, and sourcing tools (such as Ariba and Coupa).

• Conduct light prototyping on-site to mitigate risks associated with complex elements swiftly.

• Collaborate End-to-End with the FDE Team: Remain integrated with the offshore FDE engineering team throughout the entire development phase.

• Collaborate on challenging technical issues, clarify uncertainties, adapt designs in real-time, and maintain robust customer relationships through the go-live phase.

• Facilitate Go-Live & Ongoing Feedback: Execute UAT based on pre-established evaluation criteria, assess the value differential post-launch, and document reusable components/accelerators to expedite future customer implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust working knowledge of contemporary AI agents, including LLMs, tool/function invocation, RAG, autonomy, and human-in-the-loop design patterns.

• Proven track record in leading customer-oriented workshops or discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders (e.g., Heads of Procurement or Supply Chain).

• Clear capability to design integrated enterprise solutions (ERPs, enterprise data flows, and contextualizing AI with client data).

• Practical technical expertise to prototype and effectively collaborate with software engineers (ability to read, shape, and resolve coding issues).

• Proficient in at least two major enterprise value chains: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Source-to-Contract (S2C), or Plan-to-Manufacture (P2M).

🏝️ Benefits

• Medical, dental, and vision coverage

• A 401(k) plan with company matching

• Short-term and long-term disability coverage

• Life insurance

• Paid time off

• Parental leave

• Well-being programs
