This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Lead comprehensive solution design for AI initiatives, encompassing everything from intake to implementation planning.
• Convert business challenges into technical architectures, workflows, and system integration designs.
• Define solution elements such as data flows, APIs, integrations, and user workflows.
• Independently create, prototype, and deploy AI-enhanced solutions, particularly for LLM-driven and workflow-centric applications.
• Quickly develop MVPs and proof-of-concept projects to assess solution viability and business impact.
• Configure and utilize enterprise AI tools to deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify problem definitions, desired results, and success metrics.
• Assist in managing the AI project pipeline and prioritization process.
• Create solutions that integrate smoothly into existing operational and clinical-related workflows.
• Ensure that solutions are user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with the needs of end-users.
• Act as a crucial liaison between business leaders, IT, clinical stakeholders, and vendors.
• Assess AI tools, platforms, and vendors for suitability, scalability, security, and return on investment.
• Work with AI engineering and product teams to ensure the successful execution of designed solutions.
• Track performance against established KPIs and identify opportunities for enhancing outcomes.
• Over 5 years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems, or technology consulting.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing cross-system workflows and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, RCM, scheduling, contact center).
• Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and system interoperability.
• Demonstrated capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to utilize and configure underlying technical components (e.g., APIs, data flows, orchestration tools, and data sources) to independently develop and implement AI-driven solutions, including LLM-based applications (e.g., prompt-driven workflows, copilots, document processing, or conversational interfaces).
• Solid understanding of how to appropriately apply AI within enterprise workflows, including awareness of limitations, trade-offs, and risks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and business audiences.
• Capacity to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent skills in project scoping, prioritization, and execution, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and align cross-functional stakeholders with varying levels of technical and operational fluency.
• Proven ability and eagerness to continuously learn and adapt in a rapidly changing AI landscape, including proactively keeping abreast of new tools, capabilities, and best practices, and translating that knowledge into applicable enterprise solutions.
