AI Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• You will design and implement AI-driven applications that address real business challenges and enhance operational efficiency throughout the organization.

• Crafting and deploying AI agents and automation systems that boost business performance.

• Developing AI-enhanced recruiting solutions for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and engaging candidates.

• Establishing intelligent workflow automation across sales, client success, operations, finance, and compliance functions.

• Creating internal productivity tools that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

• Recognizing manual processes that can be automated and redefined through AI technologies.

• You will take charge of the technical architecture supporting our AI projects.

• Writing clean, scalable, and production-ready code.

• Designing secure APIs and integrations throughout our technology ecosystem.

• Building comprehensive systems utilizing LLMs, workflow orchestration platforms, databases, and third-party applications.

• Conducting code reviews and establishing engineering best practices.

• Ensuring that solutions are secure, maintainable, and scalable.

• Assessing emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and models.

• Prototyping and testing innovative approaches to enhance productivity and automation.

• Collaborating with leadership to prioritize initiatives that deliver the greatest business impact.

• Remaining at the cutting edge of AI advancements and implementing innovative solutions into production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Practical experience in developing AI-powered products and automation workflows.

• Strong background with contemporary LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar models.

• Advanced proficiency in:

• - Python

• - JavaScript / TypeScript

• - React

• - Node.js

• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

• Strong SQL and relational database skills.

• Experience in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS is preferred).

• Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development methodologies.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a systems thinking approach.

• Strong communication abilities with the capacity to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
