This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Assist in the implementation of Vertech's AI roadmap by recognizing, prioritizing, and advancing AI initiatives that deliver tangible business benefits.
β’ Convert strategic goals into executable initiatives, operational practices, and capability enhancement plans.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to define AI standards, operational principles, team configurations, success metrics, governance frameworks, and capability roadmaps.
β’ Develop scalable AI processes, standards, intake models, prioritization frameworks, governance structures, and measurement systems.
β’ Evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, copilots, agents, and automation capabilities for their business relevance, technical compatibility, security alignment, and organizational preparedness.
β’ Design, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance workflows, productivity, decision support, reporting, and operational efficiency.
β’ Foster AI literacy, promote adoption, ensure responsible usage, and facilitate business-value realization programs.
β’ Produce training materials, conduct workshops, hold office hours, and create communications, best practices, and user support resources.
β’ Assist in AI governance processes, usage standards, risk management practices, and responsible AI initiatives in collaboration with IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, and business stakeholders.
β’ Track adoption metrics, licensing usage, consumption patterns, costs, and business outcomes linked to enterprise AI tools.
β’ Work alongside Service, Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, IT, and HQ teams.
β’ Manage recommendations regarding AI tool assessments, use-case prioritization, adoption strategies, training approaches, and AI implementation methods.
β’ Raise unresolved governance, prioritization, adoption, security, vendor, and organizational development concerns to the Sr. Manager, AI & Data.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, business technology, business analysis, consulting, product ownership, process improvement, or related fields.
β’ A solid understanding of generative AI technologies and their practical applications in enterprise settings.
β’ Experience in evaluating technological solutions and converting business needs into actionable implementation strategies.
β’ Excellent communication, facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
β’ Capability to lead change and influence adoption among diverse stakeholder groups.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
β’ Desired: Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, GitHub Copilot, Claude Enterprise, Power Platform, Snowflake Cortex, or similar AI platforms.
β’ Desired: Experience in developing AI agents, automations, copilots, or workflow solutions.
β’ Desired: Knowledge of AI governance, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, responsible AI principles, or related frameworks.
β’ Desired: Experience with technology adoption programs, organizational change management, or training initiatives.
β’ Desired: Background in renewable energy, manufacturing, field service, or asset-intensive industries.
β’ Desired: Relevant Microsoft AI, Azure, Power Platform, or project management certifications.
