AI Solution Consultant, AI Transformation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assess customer processes and pinpoint areas for AI and automation enhancement.

• Design AI solutions, establish roadmaps, and create solution architectures.

• Assess Conversational AI, Agent Assist, and Interaction Analytics technologies.

• Develop business cases, calculate ROI, and formulate pricing strategies.

• Showcase solutions and provide guidance to customers and key stakeholders.

• Create blueprints and establish best practices.

• Work collaboratively with Business Development, Account Management, and Operations teams.

• Assist customers in their transition towards an AI-driven customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI, technology consulting, digital transformation, solution consulting, or product management.

• Proven experience in engaging with customers and decision-makers.

• Strong grasp of AI technologies and automation practices.

• Experience with Conversational AI, Agent Assist, or Interaction Analytics is advantageous.

• Familiarity with developing business cases, conducting ROI analysis, and crafting solution designs.

• Knowledge of the customer service/contact center sector is beneficial.

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.

• A confident demeanor, with an analytical and structured work approach.

• High initiative, excellent communication abilities, and capacity to work effectively within a team.
