AI Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design, prototype, and implement AI systems tailored for real-world business applications.

• Construct and deploy comprehensive AI/ML pipelines for essential product features.

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver cohesive AI solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code utilizing Python, JavaScript, or statically typed languages.

• Integrate AI/ML models into both backend and frontend applications.

• Analyze extensive datasets to extract valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

• Assess and select AI frameworks, tools, and technologies based on project requirements.

• Monitor and enhance deployed models for optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Lead experimentation and prototyping initiatives to explore new ideas and algorithms.

• Engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

• Convey technical details and outcomes effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Uphold a commitment to data quality, privacy, and ethical AI practices.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI research, frameworks, and methodologies.

• Contribute to decisions regarding infrastructure and cloud services for AI workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of software engineering experience with a specialization in AI/ML applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Practical experience with LLMs, agents, and frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or DSPy.

• Proficient in Python, with a working knowledge of JavaScript or similar programming languages.

• Strong grasp of relational (SQL) and non-relational databases.

• Experience in deploying AI systems within production environments.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
