AI Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Create, prototype, and implement AI systems tailored for practical business applications.

• Develop and deploy comprehensive AI/ML pipelines to enhance key product features.

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to provide integrated AI solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using Python, JavaScript, or statically typed languages.

• Integrate AI/ML models into both backend and frontend applications.

• Analyze extensive datasets to derive insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Assess and select AI frameworks, tools, and technologies based on project requirements.

• Monitor and enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed models.

• Lead experimental initiatives and prototyping to explore new ideas and algorithms.

• Engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

• Communicate technical details and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Uphold data quality, privacy, and ethical AI practices.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI research, frameworks, and methodologies.

• Contribute to decisions regarding infrastructure and cloud services for AI workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Practical experience with LLMs, agents, and frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or DSPy.

• Proficient in Python and familiar with JavaScript or similar programming languages.

• Knowledge of statically typed languages is advantageous.

• Strong grasp of relational (SQL) and non-relational databases.

• Experience with deploying AI systems in production settings.

• Familiarity with AWS or Azure platforms.

• Containerization experience is a plus.

• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
