AI Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models to meet specific business requirements and challenges.

• Gather, clean, and preprocess data to ensure its suitability for AI model training and analysis.

• Select suitable algorithms and techniques for various AI tasks, including classification, regression, or natural language processing.

• Train and optimize AI models using extensive datasets to achieve optimal accuracy and performance.

• Perform thorough testing and validation of AI models to guarantee accuracy and reliability.

• Integrate AI solutions into current software systems or applications, ensuring smooth operation.

• Continuously refine AI algorithms and models for enhanced performance and efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend business needs and convert them into AI solutions.

• Maintain detailed documentation of AI models, code, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

• Tackle and resolve challenges and issues that may emerge during the development and deployment of AI models.

• Follow ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations, ensuring responsible and compliant AI development.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI research and technologies to implement innovative solutions for business challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in Python development, particularly for AI/ML applications.

• Strong expertise in Langchain, Indexing, Open AI API, and other widely-used LLMs.

• Comprehensive understanding of machine learning concepts, including model training, evaluation, and deployment.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with interdisciplinary teams and present findings.
