AI Software Engineer – AI Lab

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their requirements, define the scope and impact, and prioritize initiatives.

• Develop internal tools from start to finish: including scoping, development, production deployment, and ongoing iteration.

• Advance the shared AI platform, MCP servers, integrations, and cross-functional tools.

• Make informed technical decisions regarding infrastructure, technology stack, and architecture.

• Provide mentorship to junior AI Engineers and share industry best practices.

• Identify processes where AI can create efficiencies and develop corresponding solutions.

• Create a system for analyzing customer feedback logs and generating recommendations for Product Managers.

• Deploy MCP servers that are integrated with employees’ daily tools on a large scale.

• Collaborate directly with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Marketing, Data, and C-level teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Around 4–5 years of professional software development experience, including projects that have been deployed to production.

• Experience in a Tech Lead position or a similar role.

• Recent hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), specifically Claude, OpenAI, and Mistral.

• Proficient in Python and TypeScript.

• Solid technical fundamentals.

• Capability to deliver promptly and prioritize impactful work.

• A proactive and inquisitive mindset.

• Fluent in professional English.

• Proven ability to work autonomously.
