AI Safety Expert, English – Bengali

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct red-team assessments of conversational AI models and agents through methods such as jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse scenarios, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulation.

• Generate human data by annotating failures, categorizing vulnerabilities, and identifying systemic risks.

• Utilize taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistent testing procedures.

• Create reproducible reports, datasets, and attack scenarios.

• Review AI outputs that pertain to sensitive subjects, including bias, misinformation, and harmful behaviors.

• Assist Mercor's clients in training and improving advanced AI models.

• Collaborate with top researchers to contribute to the development of safer, more robust, and trustworthy AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native fluency in both English and Bengali is mandatory.

• Strong discernment regarding language and content, including the ability to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of AI responses.

• Capability to articulate reasoning clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Meticulous attention to detail, including subtle errors, inconsistencies, and gaps.

• Consistent adherence to guidelines and quality standards.

• Flexibility across various projects, tasks, and client needs.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• Candidates must not hold H1-B or STEM OPT status.

• Preferred qualifications include expertise in adversarial ML, cybersecurity, socio-technical risk, and creative probing.
