AI Quality Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end workstreams for human workforce initiatives that support the AI pipeline.

• Partner with Account Management and Customer Success teams to pinpoint data labeling requirements.

• Establish the scope of work and engage in communication with stakeholders.

• Supervise operations of the moderation team and delegate tasks according to priority.

• Track task progress and assess output quality for precision.

• Manage the entire Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) job lifecycle and adjust workforce size as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a similar technical discipline; equivalent professional experience will be taken into account.

• 3-5 years of experience in AI Operations, data management, or program management roles, particularly focusing on AI model training, deployment, or workload oversight.

• Proven experience in managing remote teams or offshore operations.

• Excellent project coordination abilities: adept at balancing multiple workstreams and priorities at once.

• Strong written communication skills, maintaining clarity and professionalism for both internal stakeholders and workforce teams.

• Knowledge of data labeling principles, annotation processes, and quality assurance methodologies.

• Comfortable using cloud platforms or open to learning new technologies.
