AI Quality Evaluator, German – 12-month contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Label, annotate, and evaluate images, graphics, videos, stickers, and designs in German.

• Assess the linguistic quality, accuracy, and cultural relevance.

• Evaluate AI-generated content to ensure it meets Canva’s quality standards for German users.

• Create and contribute to German-specific datasets that support the internationalization of Canva's AI features.

• Deliver labeled assets punctually while achieving output targets across various task types and labeling guidelines.

• Review and refine labels based on feedback to uphold accuracy and consistency.

• Collaborate with internal Data Labeling teams located in the Philippines and the EU.

• Assist Canva’s Localization team in executing in-language AI evaluations, dataset creation, and quality assurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native German speaker.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Comfortable navigating seamlessly between German and English.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high quality standard.

• Capable of self-direction and managing time effectively across multiple concurrent projects.

• Adaptable and quick to learn, consistently applying new guidelines.

• Genuine curiosity about AI technologies.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Availability for a 12-month B2B Service Agreement, typically requiring 30–35 hours per week.
