• Assess real-time AI-driven interactions, including call transcripts and text messages, to verify accuracy and quality of results.
• Detect inconsistencies, edge cases, and failure patterns in system performance.
• Proactively identify issues, especially when anticipated system outputs are absent or delayed.
• Intervene when the AI encounters ambiguity, failure scenarios, or circumstances requiring human discretion.
• Interpret nuanced or incomplete inputs and decide on the appropriate next steps without awaiting instructions.
• Recognize when an AI interaction is invalid and take responsibility for its resolution.
• Convert issues into clear, structured, and actionable communications for both internal teams and customers.
• Engage through Slack, Teams, and other necessary platforms as required.
• Uphold a high standard of written and verbal English in all communications.
• Assist in ensuring the effective execution of ongoing pilots and deployments.
• Highlight recurring patterns and insights to guide product and workflow enhancements.
• Document edge cases and aid in developing processes for their future management.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in operations, quality assurance, technical support, or a related field.
• Strong ability to identify inconsistencies, edge cases, and failure patterns in a high-volume environment.
• Clear and concise communicator in both written and spoken English at a professional level.
• Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced settings without constant guidance.
• Capable of navigating multiple communication platforms like Slack, Teams, and SMS simultaneously.
• Highly dependable and responsive, able to function effectively in real-time workflows.
• Available to work from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
• Familiarity with EMR or EHR systems is a plus, with training available for suitable candidates (Nice to Have).
• Experience in a healthcare-adjacent or home care setting (Nice to Have).
• Proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin (Nice to Have).
• Background in an early-stage startup or a high-ambiguity environment (Nice to Have).
