AI Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of technical AI projects, guaranteeing timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Coordinate various resources from engineering, data science, and business operations to facilitate transformation initiatives.

• Identify and address risks associated with AI deployment, including adherence to regulations and data privacy concerns.

• Foster effective communication between technical developers and business stakeholders.

• Set project KPIs related to delivery speed, budget compliance, and successful operational transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in technical project management, ideally leading data or software engineering projects.

• Proven track record of steering cross-functional technical projects and achieving measurable outcomes.

• Strong conceptual grasp of machine learning lifecycles and AI infrastructure.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with technical teams to eliminate obstacles and manage schedules.

• Experience in financial services or fund administration is preferred, though not mandatory.

• PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications are preferred.

• An operator mindset focusing on execution and delivery results.
