• Comprehend the operational hurdles faced by accounting teams and suggest impactful projects.

• Oversee cross-departmental projects from start to finish: including scoping, coordination, implementation, and results measurement.

• Guarantee data accuracy to ensure dashboards and analyses are actionable.

• Streamline operational processes to allow employees more time for critical tasks.

• Investigate and incorporate AI technologies where applicable (agents, LLMs, chatbots).

• Professional experience of 3 to 5 years.

• Extensive background in an accounting firm, whether traditional or modern.

• Experience collaborating with operational accounting teams, including production and client services (CS) management.

• Proven track record of leading or contributing to transformation, process enhancement, or digitization initiatives in this field.

• Ideally possesses experience with data and associated tools relevant to this context (dashboarding, automation, reporting).

• Proficient in SQL for database investigation and auditing.

• Capable of developing actionable dashboards using tools such as Metabase, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.

• Familiar with or eager to learn automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.

• Enthusiastic about AI and its potential contributions to accounting processes (agents, LLMs, chatbots).
