AI Programs Analyst, Finance Domain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee AI initiatives within finance — Take charge of the delivery of AI training, assessments, and data projects in key areas such as financial analysis, equity research, credit evaluation, regulatory compliance, and quantitative modeling.

• Act as the finance authority — Offer expert-level insights and establish quality frameworks to guarantee that AI outputs satisfy the standards expected by finance professionals.

• Facilitate cross-departmental execution — Handle multiple projects simultaneously, define timelines, and coordinate efforts across engineering, operations, and customer teams.

• Connect finance with AI — Transform domain expertise into practical guidance for AI/ML teams while engaging with financial services clients to define requirements and enhance value.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in finance roles, including investment banking, equity research, FP&A, asset management, risk management, audit, or financial consulting. CFA or CPA designation is highly regarded.

• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in financial modeling, data interpretation, and understanding complex financial statements.

• Proven ability to manage intricate projects in dynamic environments, adept at navigating uncertainty and balancing competing demands.

• Excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to influence without direct authority and convey financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A keen interest in AI systems — direct experience with AI/ML is preferred but not mandatory.
