AI Program Manager – Drug Discovery Networks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution and growth initiatives across one or more of Apheris' federated networks.

• Develop new federated networks and identify new opportunities driven by market demand and partner requirements.

• Validate ideas with potential partners through structured conversations and preliminary design collaboration.

• Take ownership of and propel federated network execution across various Apheris networks.

• Maintain and advance a clear execution plan among partners, covering data readiness, training sessions, and benchmarking objectives.

• Define the evolution of Apheris networks, including the integration of new endpoints and enhancing the value delivered to partners over time.

• Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison to partner teams, collaborating closely with senior scientists and leaders at leading pharmaceutical companies.

• Assist partners in transitioning from model evaluation to practical application in active drug discovery initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in scientific or technical program management, elite consulting, partnerships, product-related execution, or comparable roles in complex enterprise or multi-stakeholder settings.

• Outstanding learning agility, allowing you to quickly gain expertise in unfamiliar areas and proactively fill gaps in domain-specific knowledge (e.g., large molecules, ADMET, or relevant technical fields).

• Experience collaborating with senior scientific stakeholders from the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

• Strong product-oriented mindset, with a readiness to engage thoroughly with Apheris' products and translate this into improved partner outcomes and internal prioritization.

• Proven track record of establishing new initiatives from inception and successfully managing and scaling ongoing programs.

• Exceptionally high levels of ownership, speed, and dependability.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is optional, as we communicate internally and with all partners in English).
