This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Plan, initiate, and prioritize development needs to oversee projects associated with the Net-Rx suite of solutions.
• Act as a bridge between the business and technical components of projects.
• Comprehend user workflows and train staff to promote and support the product.
• Own and sustain the product vision and roadmap for the Net-Rx suite of solutions, balancing immediate and future priorities in line with company strategy and business objectives.
• Perform market analysis to confirm product-market fit and differentiation, pinpointing competitive gaps and opportunities that inform product positioning and design.
• Assess and prioritize product initiatives and development needs utilizing established scoring methodologies (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW), making transparent trade-off decisions and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from initiation through phase-out, encompassing design, testing, execution, messaging, pricing, profitability management, and post-launch performance evaluations.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, sprint release notes, and knowledge base materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery aligned with each development cycle.
• Actively engage in Agile sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming, working collaboratively with development teams to refine requirements and manage delivery priorities.
• Oversee daily product development workflow, including reviewing Jira tickets, clarifying requirements, following up with stakeholders, and conducting hands-on user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality prior to release.
• Maintain and leverage extensive knowledge of the LTC market landscape, including SNF, ALF, IL, and memory care segments, key industry players, and growth drivers to shape product strategy.
• Ensure product design and specifications proactively incorporate healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, including CMS Conditions of Participation, HIPAA, and relevant state regulations, collaborating with legal and compliance teams as necessary.
• Design and conduct Voice of Customer (VoC) research through user groups, individual customer meetings, interviews, and surveys to identify needs, pain points, and desired solutions.
• BA / BS, preferably with a focus in MIS, PMP certification, five years of relevant work experience, or a combination of these qualifications preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of claims processing from dispensing systems in the LTC & Retail sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy pricing and operations.
• Proven track record in guiding the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions.
• Strong experience in product management, business analysis, and/or software development.
• Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and management capabilities, including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing initiatives.
• Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Ability to contribute to both strategic and tactical planning.
• Capable of engaging effectively and persuasively at all organizational levels, from staff to senior management.
