AI Product Orchestrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Convert client product intentions into precise requirements for effective delivery.

• Act as the main liaison between client stakeholders and the engineering team.

• Mentor the team on contemporary AI methodologies and advanced agile practices.

• Transition product ownership towards strategic initiatives as AI agents and automation take over implementation, ceremonies, and tracking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO Boards).

• Familiarity with Claude Code and Cowork.

• Competent in using Figma.

• Some engineering experience and a builder mentality.

• Strong AI proficiency.

• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Must have at least 5 hours of overlap with PST working hours (8am–6pm PST).

• Available for a 6–8 month independent contract, with the possibility of renewal.

• Contractor/non-employee engagement; 1099 or C2C contract.
