This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge AI and machine learning models into Netflix’s content platform and publishing tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intelligent systems that streamline and enhance the production of high-quality promotional assets.

• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions for content distribution, asset management, and language experiences.

• Work alongside researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to convert AI advancements into scalable, user-focused products.

• Develop strategic roadmaps from product conception through validation, launch, measurement, and iteration.

• Compose strategy memos and presentations for senior leadership.

• Lead the incubation and system design of new machine learning or AI capabilities through to production.

• Understand the needs of artists, creators, and content executives, translating them into product roadmaps.

• Articulate the product vision and strategy throughout the organization for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Apply analytical and ML/AI evaluation skills, employing a hypothesis-driven approach to prioritize, build business cases, and assess impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of product management experience with a demonstrated history of launching impactful products or platforms in a B2B2C environment.

• Intermediate or advanced understanding of machine learning techniques and evaluation best practices.

• Capability to rally an organization towards a shared goal and foster relationships across various functions and regions.

• Proven experience in leading end-to-end products that incorporate machine learning and AI solutions.

• Experience in launching AI-enabled products and customizing foundational models.

• Familiarity with the ML lifecycle, including data collection and labeling as well as model evaluation.

• Practical experience using data to guide priorities and assess impact.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in developing products for creative teams, internal partners, or B2B enterprise clients.

• Familiarity with media supply chains, content management/ingestion, or catalog/taxonomy tools is an advantage.
