AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, development, and implementation of AI-driven products and solutions.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients to establish product vision.

• Prioritize features and provide scalable AI solutions that enhance business value.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or AI Product Management.

• Extensive experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Practical knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.

• Proficient in Python.

• Familiarity with AWS AI services, including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and API Gateway.

• Strong grasp of Prompt Engineering and prompt management.

• Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, PGVector, ChromaDB) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and writing user stories.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Understanding of AI governance, model risk management, AI guardrails, and responsible AI practices.

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
