AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their workflows, challenges, and objectives.

• Convert intricate customer requirements into well-defined, structured AI solution plans utilizing Unframe’s platform.

• Manage the complete delivery process of AI-driven projects in partnership with engineers and AI experts.

• Compose detailed product specifications and establish prompt/context frameworks that influence solution behavior.

• Weigh considerations of speed, scalability, stability, and customer impact while making product decisions.

• Recognize repeatable patterns and work in tandem with the Platform team to enhance and scale reusable capabilities.

• Serve as the advocate for the user throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Program Management, or comparable customer-focused technical positions.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on sophisticated technical products.

• Strong systems thinking skills with the capability to dissect ambiguous issues into actionable solutions.

• Exceptional communication abilities in English, both written and spoken.

• Keen attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and execution capabilities.

• Comfortable functioning in dynamic startup environments with shifting priorities.

• A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI products, LLMs, and emerging technologies.
