AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees the AI product roadmap for the enterprise, guiding prioritization and implementation of AI solutions throughout various business functions.

• Collaborates with business, IT, and data teams to implement scalable and responsible AI capabilities, ensuring measurable business outcomes and adherence to governance standards.

• Define and manage the AI product roadmap across different business areas (e.g., Claims, Customer Care, Compliance).

• Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases based on their value, feasibility, and associated risks.

• Convert business requirements into AI product specifications and workflows.

• Facilitate value realization through automation, cost reduction, improved cycle times, and enhanced customer experience.

• Ensure AI governance aligns with NIST principles (trust, transparency, accountability).

• Track model performance, data quality, and operational effects.

• Inform stakeholders and leadership about the roadmap, progress, and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in roles related to product management, strategy, or transformation.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects involving both business and technology teams.

• Knowledge of AI, analytics, or automation initiatives.

• Familiarity with AI governance and risk management frameworks (NIST preferred).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
