AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of Product Manager, you will be an integral part of our expanding AI product team, focusing on the application of artificial intelligence within Health Information Systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Patient Administration Systems (PAS).

• Assist the Lead PM in outlining and upholding the global AI product roadmap tailored for Health Information Systems.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of designated products within the AI portfolio for EMR and PAS.

• Directly engage with healthcare customers and internal stakeholders to comprehend workflows, challenges, and potential areas for AI-enhanced improvements.

• Develop a business case for specific products, covering everything from scope to cost and return on investment (RoI).

• Lead a development team, collaborating closely with a Tech Lead to translate requirements into a product utilizing agile methodologies and ceremonies.

• Work alongside the quality assurance team to ensure that products adhere to applicable regulatory standards, data privacy, and clinical safety requirements across targeted regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in product management within a healthcare context, with direct involvement in EMR and/or PAS systems.

• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and their utilization in clinical or operational healthcare settings.

• Strong grasp of healthcare interoperability standards, such as HL7, FHIR, and clinical data models.

• Proven capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams that are globally distributed.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, effectively engaging both technical and clinical audiences.

• Established history of delivering healthcare technology products through the entirety of the product lifecycle.

• Native English speaker or possess C1/C2 English certification.
