This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establish the technical vision and architecture for large-scale AI solutions in Smart Manufacturing and Industrial Operations.
• Design comprehensive IT-OT architectures that incorporate MES, SCADA, PLCs, historians, IoT, robotics, edge computing, and cloud platforms.
• Utilize GenAI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, Industrial AI, digital twins, and automation technologies.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to evaluate business requirements and conduct architecture workshops.
• Develop transformation roadmaps.
• Formulate solution strategies, reference architectures, implementation methodologies, and executive presentations for strategic initiatives.
• Ensure architectural governance throughout the delivery process.
• Guide and mentor technical teams.
• Work in partnership with global engineering teams and partner ecosystems.
• Create innovative offerings, reusable accelerators, and unique intellectual property for the Smart Manufacturing portfolio.
• Over 15 years of experience in leading digital transformation projects within manufacturing, industrial automation, or smart factory settings.
• Extensive knowledge in AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, Industrial AI, digital twins, and intelligent automation technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in architecting enterprise-level IT-OT solutions that integrate MES, SCADA, PLCs, historians, IoT, robotics, edge computing, and cloud platforms.
• Strong grasp of manufacturing operations, industrial control systems, and Factory of the Future architectures.
• Capability to convert complex business challenges into scalable, secure, and production-ready technical solutions.
• Experience in leading technical strategy, architecture governance, solution design, and engaging with executive-level clients.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting abilities.
• Background in developing reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and AI accelerators.
• Experience in mentoring cross-functional engineering teams and fostering innovation across global organizations.
