AI Presales Solution Architect – Manufacturing, Supply Chain, ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Take a proactive lead in significant, qualified AI initiatives by leveraging solution expertise, AI portfolio knowledge, and industry insights, customizing demonstrations and delivering proof-of-value engagements that enhance customer trust.

• Serve as the vital link between the AI portfolio and your area of expertise (ERP, EAM, and/or FSM). Convert AI capabilities into credible, domain-specific results and architectures, ensuring that solutions are technically robust and feasible.

• Offer insight-driven guidance to influence marketing strategies, sales initiatives, messaging, roadmap priorities, and competitive positioning for the AI portfolio within your area of expertise.

• Enhance presales execution through the creation of key content, storytelling, development of reusable assets, mentoring, and exemplifying delivery excellence.

• Propel the advancement of our AI go-to-market model through cross-departmental collaboration, industry-focused sales plays, and innovative approaches in the field.
