AI – Polyglot Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and manage software architectures utilizing various programming languages including Python, Java, Node, C#, Go, or Ruby.

• Construct and maintain real-time data processing pipelines with Apache Flink, ensuring integration with streaming systems like Kafka or Kinesis.

• Create, enhance, and oversee data storage and retrieval processes utilizing MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

• Provide technical direction in the development of scalable, secure, and resilient software systems.

• Possess experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools.

• Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, and UX designers to guarantee a cohesive software architecture and seamless integrations.

• Enhance software performance, resolve architectural challenges, and apply the best coding and security practices.

• Remain informed about emerging programming languages, frameworks, and industry trends to foster innovation.

• Ensure compliance with software development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.

• Mentor and support development teams in the adoption of best practices for multi-language software development.

• Engage with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to design and implement robust infrastructure solutions.

• Define and uphold coding standards, system design principles, and architectural patterns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 to 10 years of software development experience with proficiency in multiple programming languages.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented, functional, and reactive programming paradigms.

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools.

• Experience in designing distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API development.

• Expertise in databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud computing services.

• In-depth knowledge of software security principles and best practices.

• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in an agile environment.
