AI Outbound Specialist, German-Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and execute AI-driven outbound campaigns for two product lines from start to finish — encompassing lead sourcing to booking demos.

• Identify, enhance, and categorize prospect lists using tools such as Clay or equivalent data enrichment platforms.

• Create and oversee outbound sequences through Lemlist or similar applications.

• Ensure CRM cleanliness (Salesforce or HubSpot).

• Develop and manage workflow automations utilizing Make, Zapier, or comparable tools.

• Continuously test, iterate, and refine campaigns based on performance metrics.

• Independently conduct campaigns in German.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 German proficiency — Non-Negotiable. You will be responsible for executing outbound campaigns in German with minimal oversight.

• AI-Native — Not AI-Adjacent. We are seeking someone for whom AI outbound tools are the primary mode of operation.

• Motivated by a single metric: meetings booked. Every decision should revolve around one question: 'Will this lead to more demos?'

• 1–3 years of relevant experience with AI-driven outbound or growth automation tools.

• Self-reliant and proactive. You should be comfortable operating independently, making quick decisions, and taking full responsibility for results.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) in addition to C2 German.
