AI Ops Engineer – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and sustain AI-driven workflows, automations, and tools that enhance the delivery of Professional Services.

• Create agentic workflows, prompt-based utilities, and lightweight AI applications utilizing approved platforms.

• Convert delivery challenges into prioritized AI solutions in collaboration with PS leadership.

• Mentor and work alongside PS AI Builders to elevate AI delivery maturity.

• Oversee, test, document, and continually enhance deployed AI solutions.

• Develop automation that minimizes manual effort in Agiloft configuration, testing, and validation.

• Assess emerging AI technologies and advocate for their adoption through AI Operations governance.

• Create and implement training programs to foster AI adoption throughout Professional Services.

• Offer 1:1 coaching and hands-on assistance to PS personnel.

• Assist in defining the AI roadmap for Professional Services.

• Act as the primary AI advisor for PS delivery methodology and tools.

• Represent Professional Services in cross-functional AI initiatives.

• Disseminate reusable patterns and best practices across the organization.

• Ensure that AI solutions adhere to the standards and governance policies of the AI Builders Program.

• Register solutions in the AI Build Registry and comply with established intake processes.

• Collaborate with AI Operations and the Principal Data & Integrations Architect on architecture, data, and platform alignment.

• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities with PS leadership and AI Operations.

• Execute other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

• 2–4 years of experience in building AI, automation, or technical implementation solutions.

• Proficient in Python for automation, APIs, and AI workflows.

• Experience in developing agentic workflows using LLM frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, Mastra, n8n, or Tines.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.

• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, tool usage, and agent memory.

• Ability to independently design, create, and refine AI solutions.

• Experience collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Strong documentation and governance practices.

• Experience in the SaaS industry is required.

• Preferred experience in Professional Services or enterprise software implementation.

• Preferred experience with configurable low-code/no-code platforms.

• Familiarity with CLM, LegalTech, or enterprise B2B SaaS is preferred.

• Preferred experience in private equity-backed SaaS companies.

• Knowledge of enterprise AI governance is preferred.

• Experience working with centralized AI organizations is preferred.

• Familiarity with Lovable, Retool, or similar low-code platforms is preferred.

• Experience using Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms is preferred.
