AI Ops Engineer – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and maintain AI-driven workflows, automations, and tools to enhance the delivery of Professional Services.

• Construct agentic workflows, prompt-based tools, and lightweight AI applications utilizing approved platforms.

• Convert delivery challenges into prioritized AI solutions in collaboration with Professional Services leadership.

• Mentor and work alongside PS AI Builders to elevate AI delivery maturity.

• Oversee, test, document, and continually refine implemented AI solutions.

• Develop automation to lessen the manual configuration, testing, and validation efforts for Agiloft.

• Assess emerging AI technologies and suggest their adoption through AI Operations governance.

• Create and execute training programs to promote AI adoption throughout Professional Services.

• Offer one-on-one coaching and hands-on assistance to PS team members.

• Assist in defining the AI roadmap for Professional Services.

• Act as the main AI advisor for PS delivery methodologies and tools.

• Represent Professional Services in cross-functional AI initiatives.

• Share reusable patterns and best practices within the organization.

• Ensure AI solutions adhere to the standards and governance policies of the AI Builders Program.

• Register solutions in the AI Build Registry and adhere to established intake procedures.

• Collaborate with AI Operations and the Principal Data & Integrations Architect on architecture, data, and platform alignment.

• Communicate project statuses, risks, and opportunities with PS leadership and AI Operations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 2–4 years of experience in developing AI, automation, or technical implementation solutions.

• Proficient in Python for automation, APIs, and AI workflows.

• Experience in constructing agentic workflows utilizing LLM frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Mastra, n8n, or Tines.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.

• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, tool usage, and agent memory.

• Capable of independently designing, building, and refining AI solutions.

• Experience collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Strong documentation skills and governance discipline.

• Required experience in the SaaS industry.

• Enthusiasm for applying AI to solve real business challenges.
