This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee the complete AI intake process to ensure that every lead is captured, recorded, and progressed to qualification.
• Track incoming signals, such as seller requests, partner referrals, MQLs, and customer inquiries.
• Implement intake controls and conduct audits to minimize leakage and recover stalled opportunities.
• Act as the initial point of contact for sellers, providing clear SLAs and acknowledgments.
• Coordinate the requirements for an agentic opportunity system that automates intake, qualification, routing recommendations, and CRM updates with human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Collaborate with business consultants and technical teams to develop agentic lead-flow.
• Establish human-in-the-loop controls for the review, approval, and override of automated routing.
• Pilot and refine system components; monitor automation coverage, routing accuracy, and SLA performance.
• Direct qualified leads to the appropriate field SA, Business Development Manager, or AI Practice resource.
• Manage re-routing for stalled, rejected, or escalated opportunities.
• Maintain dashboards and recurring reports on volume, velocity, qualification, and pipeline health.
• Define and monitor intake KPIs such as time-to-qualify, time-to-assign, routing accuracy, and aging.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations/CRM on enhancements and workflow automation in accordance with governance.
• Design and enhance the end-to-end AI opportunity process from capture to handoff.
• Eliminate bottlenecks, ambiguity, and manual steps to scale lead flow effectively.
• Create seller intake guides, templates, and FAQs in partnership with business consultants.
• Conduct regular reviews with leadership and stakeholders, utilizing data to drive improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, CRM administration, or similar process-intensive roles within a technology sales/services organization, or 9+ years in similar roles.
• Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent), including pipeline configuration, automation, and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics to create dashboards, monitor KPIs, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in enhancing lead-flow/sales operations processes for better scalability and measurability.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally across practices and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong data hygiene, SLA management, and audit readiness in a high-volume environment.
• Background in an IT services, systems integrator, or technology VAR setting; familiarity with practice-based sales models is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML and concepts of agentic automation is a plus.
• Experience in building or contributing to agentic workflow specifications or AI-assisted operational tools is an asset.
• Familiarity with CDW CRM/sales operations tools, compensation structures, and routing dynamics is beneficial.
• Experience in business analysis and requirements documentation for operational/workflow automation is a plus.
• Quarterly bonus target of 10%, subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
