This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of the company's automation strategy.
• Establish and expand the AI Operations department.
• Engage with clinical and back-office teams through shadowing.
• Enhance and implement scalable processes for workflow capture.
• Lead data integration efforts across prominent EHRs.
• Adapt the automation stack to align with existing workflows.
• Set up and manage internal AI tools.
• Oversee project scoping and execution with automation vendors.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to ensure integration consistency.
• Mentor and develop the team in utilizing AI tools.
• Continue to build a high-performing AI Operations team.
• Uphold strict documentation, monitoring, and change-management protocols.
• Act as a vital link between operators, clinicians, and internal teams.
• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, software engineering, product management, or a comparable analytical/technical position.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Proficient in modern AI tools including LLMs, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on technical skills: familiarity with APIs and basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Experience in healthcare, operations, or regulated industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across Engineering, Product, and Operations teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
