• Develop genuine features, prototypes, and demonstrations utilizing tools such as Codex, Claude Code, and contemporary AI coding agents.

• Quickly transform concepts into functional demos, then assist in enhancing their reliability, scalability, and readiness for production.

• Acquire skills to direct, assess, and manage AI coding agents to amplify engineering productivity.

• Collaborate closely with founders and senior engineers across product development, engineering, and strategic planning.

• Investigate innovative AI development workflows and assist the team in accelerating their pace.

• Make contributions to a dynamic product environment where experimentation, speed, and quality are of utmost importance.
