AI-Native Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Strategize, implement, test, review, debug, refactor, document, and deploy production features utilizing coding agents.

• Engage with Insider One’s high-traffic marketing and customer engagement platform that supports over 2,000 brands.

• Develop shared global agents, skills, context files, MCP integrations, prompt templates, and embedded guardrails.

• Create human-in-the-loop workflows for critical architectural and security decisions.

• Automate repetitive product and engineering workflows with stateful, multi-step agentic systems.

• Oversee the AI review pipeline and ensure test coverage as part of the product lifecycle.

• Conduct threat modeling for AI-assisted development and its supply chain.

• Implement continuous integration defenses against prompt injection, jailbreaks, tool-call abuse, and data poisoning.

• Assess agent impact, vulnerability escape rates, review precision, test effectiveness, and adoption through dashboards.

• Transform production escapes into guardrails, regression tests, or rules within a single cycle.

• Establish and uphold organization-wide AI-assisted engineering standards.

• Educate through sessions, pull-request reviews, playbooks, and mentorship opportunities.

• Analyze new AI tools and propose valuable technologies to product and business teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Daily utilization of coding agents, where the agent handles the majority of writing while the candidate is accountable for the final output.

• Completion of one end-to-end project utilizing coding agents, from an empty repository to live deployment.

• Demonstrated evidence of an AI standard, rule set, shared agent, review pipeline, or playbook being adopted by fellow engineers.

• Experience in measuring outcomes such as accepted-code rates, rework, escape rates, review false positives, or time savings.

• Proficiency in agentic depth, including tool and function calling, multi-step workflows, state management, error recovery, and human-in-the-loop processes.

• Security expertise related to AI surfaces such as prompt injection, tool abuse, secret leakage, or unverified dependencies.

• Strong foundation in clean code principles, testing methodologies, error handling, performance optimization, and engineering judgment.

• Capability to teach and operationalize AI-assisted development practices.

• Proficiency in Go and PHP/Laravel is preferred; experience with Python, TypeScript, or other programming languages is acceptable.

• At least 2 years of experience in designing highly scalable and highly available systems, primarily using Go (preferable).

• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent SDKs, or orchestration frameworks such as Strands Agents, LangChain, or LlamaIndex (preferable).

• Experience with RAG, MCP, agents, skills, hooks, or plugins (preferable).

• Experience integrating SAST and dependency findings into agent-driven patching workflows (preferable).

• Experience creating Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) with AI and defining measurable architectural fitness checks (preferable).

• No specific years or titles are required; this role is defined at the highest level of the internal AI-Native Engineer matrix.
