AI-Native Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the roadmap for trading and derivatives offerings.

• Convert intricate trading operations and risk needs into scalable product features.

• Collaborate closely with institutional clients to grasp their workflows, challenges, and requirements.

• Work together with engineering, business, and client-facing teams to develop trading infrastructure.

• Establish product priorities, make roadmap trade-offs, and proactively address user issues.

• Develop clear product requirements, workflows, and technical specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in trading, risk management, derivatives, or trading infrastructure.

• Experience in managing or supporting a trading desk or creating trading software.

• Comprehensive understanding of risk management, hedging, liquidity and exposure, trading infrastructure, and market mechanics.

• Experience with one or more of the following: FX, equities, futures, options, commodities, and/or crypto markets.

• Strong systems thinking ability with a knack for translating uncertainty into clear product direction.

• Proven experience utilizing AI tools to enhance product output and execution speed.

• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, Cursor, and Asana automations.
