• Develop cohesive marketing strategies that span various products, brands, and campaigns.

• Strategically plan, implement, track, and enhance product launches and marketing initiatives.

• Utilize AI for conducting research, performing market analysis, gaining insights, crafting copy, and optimizing performance.

• Assess campaign effectiveness, enhance conversion rates, and evaluate marketing KPIs.

• Collaborate effectively with teams in product, sales, partnerships, operations, design, and leadership.

• Continuously test, analyze, and refine marketing efforts based on insights driven by data.

• Encourage impactful conversations that enhance customer experiences through efficient marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in marketing.

• Proven track record in managing integrated digital marketing campaigns.

• Deep understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing.

• Proficiency in email marketing, marketing automation, CRM systems, SEO, and digital analytics.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical capabilities and commercial awareness.

• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

• Experience in managing multiple campaigns at the same time.

• Ability to operate independently in a fully remote setting.

• Familiarity with AI for campaign planning, research, customer insights, copy generation, SEO, analytics, reporting, workflow automation, creative ideation, and marketing optimization will be highly valued.

• Experience with ChatGPT and other AI productivity platforms is anticipated.
