AI Native ERP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of Rillet ERP from the initial kickoff to the go-live phase in collaboration with the Lead Consultant.

• Help gather requirements and convert accounting and finance workflows into system configurations.

• Configure and evaluate finance system functionalities to guarantee accuracy and scalability.

• Provide support for client training, documentation, and optimization after implementation.

• Play a role in creating internal implementation playbooks and establishing best practices.

• Aid in client discovery, project scoping, and sales transitions as you familiarize yourself with the entire engagement lifecycle.

• Continuously enhance your understanding of finance systems, automation tools, and the latest AI-driven accounting technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• CPA certification preferred (active or inactive). Strong accounting qualifications are highly regarded.

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance, including roles in public accounting or industry settings related to general ledger, revenue accounting, or consolidations.

• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and the month-end closing process.

• Familiarity with ERP or accounting software such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or QuickBooks.

• A keen interest in contemporary finance technologies, automation, and AI-driven accounting platforms.

• Proficiency in translating accounting needs into system configurations and workflows.

• Excellent communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with Controllers, CFOs, and finance teams.

• A collaborative and self-directed work ethic, with a strong emphasis on detail.
