AI Native Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement features, agents, skills, and MCP integrations utilizing Claude Code

• Construct and sustain harness components for retrieval, tool invocation, evaluation, and observability

• Contribute enhancements to the shared base harness

• Address architecture and systems-level challenges under senior oversight

• Deliver engineering solutions using AWS

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Claude Code or similar agentic tools

• Proficient in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js

• Experience in Python and backend data engineering

• Familiarity with AWS services: Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Step Functions, API Gateway, and Bedrock

• Knowledge of Terraform

• Experience with Playwright

• Proficient in Azure DevOps

• Fluent in professional English, both written and spoken

• Must have a timezone overlap of at least 5 hours with PST working hours (8am–6pm PST)

• Hands-on experience with AWS delivery is essential for engineering positions
