This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Conduct discovery workshops with both business and IT stakeholders at DACH customers.
• Document functional and business requirements in a clear and well-organized format.
• Align requirements with Oper's product, identifying out-of-the-box functionalities, configuration requirements, and engineering needs.
• Convert business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Review technical API documentation from core banking systems, CRMs, and online banking platforms.
• Collaborate with Oper engineering to pinpoint and define integration points.
• Document data flows, contracts, and edge cases.
• Advise on which integrations to prioritize immediately versus those to defer.
• Configure mortgage products, business rules, and customer journeys within the Oper platform.
• Validate configurations against the agreed scope and conduct acceptance testing.
• Facilitate training sessions for end users and customer champions.
• Assist customers during the go-live phase and early adoption, then transition to Customer Success.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline documentation, draft specifications, summarize workshops, enhance analysis, and automate processes.
• Identify areas where AI can enhance productivity and create an AI-native delivery workflow.
• Report to the Head of Customer Success and work collaboratively with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in consulting, including roles at Big-4, boutique strategy/tech firms, or implementation consulting.
• Proficiency in German (mandatory).
• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Ability to transform disorganized customer discussions into clear documents, frameworks, and actionable next steps.
• Enjoy engaging with customers and end-users during interactions and workshops.
• Comfortable interpreting API documentation, understanding integration patterns, and configuring software.
• No coding skills are necessary, but a good grasp of technical concepts is essential.
• AI-native working approach with proven experience utilizing AI tools and workflows for efficiency.
• Proactive and capable of achieving results in uncertain circumstances.
• Adaptable to a rapidly growing and evolving SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with the European mortgage market or broader financial services is advantageous.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations, integrations, or workflow configurations is a plus.
• Previous experience working with banks or lenders as clients is beneficial.
• Based in the DACH region.
• Availability to work during CET hours.
• Willingness to travel to Antwerp approximately quarterly and to DACH customers as required.
