This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through to adoption.

• Lead the development of AI and mobile solutions aimed at addressing significant business challenges.

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to review progress and troubleshoot any obstacles.

• Fine-tune requirements, user stories, and prioritize product features.

• Analyze customer feedback, support issues, usage analytics, and product performance metrics.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and demonstrations.

• Provide support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams through product knowledge and training.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, software delivery, or technology strategy.

• Proven experience in delivering software products, digital platforms, enterprise applications, or data-driven solutions.

• Familiarity with AI concepts, including machine learning, generative AI, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and AI-driven agents.

• Experience working collaboratively with technical teams, such as software engineers, architects, and data scientists.

• Strong expertise in drafting product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business cases.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Occasional travel to ERP Suites facilities or customer locations.
