• Implement AI-driven content creation across various mediums including blogs, emails, landing pages, video scripts, social media captions, and advertising copy using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai.

• Develop, sustain, and refine prompt libraries and content templates that uphold brand voice and messaging standards.

• Oversee quality assurance processes to evaluate, enhance, and authorize AI-generated content prior to its release.

• Transform long-form content into short-form assets across different channels using AI-driven workflows.

• Document all content processes and prompt systems as standard operating procedures (SOPs) for team consistency.

• Establish and manage AI-powered campaign orchestration across email, paid, and organic channels.

• Utilize predictive AI tools to determine the best send times, audience segments, and campaign triggers.

• Monitor campaign performance in real-time and act on AI-generated optimization recommendations.

• Create and oversee campaign calendars utilizing AI scheduling and workflow automation tools.

• Ensure all campaign tasks are performed in accordance with documented SOPs and defined performance metrics.

• Produce visually engaging assets that align with brand standards using AI design platforms such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or DALL-E.

• Develop and maintain prompt frameworks and style guides that ensure brand consistency in AI-generated imagery, graphics, and video thumbnails.

• Assist in the production of both short-form and long-form videos, including AI-generated hooks, b-roll, and caption overlays.

• Provide support for basic video editing and asset repurposing workflows utilizing AI-assisted tools.

• Deliver creative assets that are on brief, timely, and adhere to brand standards for all channel requirements.

• Conduct AI-driven keyword research, topic clustering, content gap analysis, and on-page optimization with tools like Surfer SEO, Clearscope, or SEMrush AI.

• Create content outlines, meta data, and SEO drafts; upload and format them in CMS platforms.

• Lead Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives—structuring content for visibility in AI-generated responses on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google SGE.

• Track and report both traditional SERP rankings and AI search visibility metrics on a weekly basis.

• Assist with basic technical SEO tasks, including internal linking, schema markup, and page speed monitoring.

• Create, schedule, and publish AI-generated content across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using tools such as Hootsuite AI, Sprout Social, or Publer.

• Utilize AI sentiment analysis tools to keep track of brand mentions, engagement trends, and reputational signals in real-time.

• Create automated content calendars that leverage AI content pools while preserving platform-specific tone and format.

• Monitor engagement levels and provide weekly performance reports with AI-generated insights and recommended actions.

• Adapt PR successes, blog content, and campaign assets into social media-ready formats using AI.

• Configure and utilize AI competitive intelligence tools (e.g., Crayon, Klue, or Kompyte) to analyze competitor campaigns, messaging, product updates, and pricing changes.

• Provide regular AI-synthesized competitive briefings to the marketing team and leadership.

• Maintain a real-time competitive intelligence dashboard continually updated through AI monitoring feeds.

• Identify messaging gaps, whitespace opportunities, and market positioning insights from competitive information.

• Research relevant publications, journalists, and thought leadership targets to facilitate PR outreach.

• Use AI tools to craft, test, and enhance brand messaging, value propositions, taglines, and positioning across channels.

• Conduct AI-assisted A/B and multivariate messaging tests across emails, ads, and websites; report winning variants.

• Develop and maintain an AI-accessible brand knowledge repository—covering tone of voice, persona definitions, and messaging guidelines—ensuring all AI outputs remain on-brand.

• Generate media pitch drafts, press releases, and thought leadership content using AI, coupled with human review.

• Ensure brand voice consistency across all AI-generated content through established review checkpoints.

• Create AI-assisted ad copy, headline variations, and creative assets for search, social, display, and programmatic campaigns.

• Assist in the setup of campaigns, audience configurations, and creative organization across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.

• Leverage AI bidding and audience optimization tools (e.g., Google Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, Smartly) to enhance ROAS and decrease CPA.

• Build automated reporting pipelines that provide AI-generated insights on performance, creative fatigue, and budget efficiency.

• Deliver weekly paid media performance reports featuring AI-synthesized analysis and actionable recommendations.

• Manage an AI-enhanced Digital Asset Management (DAM) system (e.g., Bynder, Brandfolder, or Canto) to organize, tag, version, and retrieve all digital assets across the team.

• Integrate AI tools into the website CMS for features like content personalization, chatbot functionality, dynamic landing pages, and on-page SEO.

• Utilize AI-driven website analytics and heatmapping tools (e.g., Hotjar AI, Microsoft Clarity) to identify UX issues and opportunities for conversion improvement.

• Ensure proper asset governance—right asset, right format, right channel—using AI-powered workflow automation and approval processes.

• Guarantee that all digital assets, including web pages, are current, on-brand, and accessible through documented asset management SOPs.

• Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs that incorporate AI tools into daily, weekly, and monthly marketing workflows for every team member.

• Conduct regular audits of tool utilization across the team—identify gaps, provide coaching for underperformers, and escalate any blockers.

• Create how-to documentation, concise training guides, and prompt templates to empower team members to independently execute AI tasks.

• Act as the internal AI marketing resource—assessing new tools, running pilot projects, and making recommendations for adoption.

• Monitor and report on AI adoption metrics: tasks completed via AI versus manually, time efficiencies achieved, and output volume.

• Collaborate with any technical, IT, or operations stakeholders to ensure secure and reliable integration of AI tools.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• Proven experience utilizing AI tools for marketing execution across two or more of the domains mentioned above.

• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end marketing funnels—from awareness to conversion and retention.

• Experience in managing multiple marketing channels simultaneously while maintaining consistent quality output.

• Excellent written English skills, acute attention to detail, and strong editorial judgment regarding AI-generated content.

• Ability to work independently with SOPs, performance goals, and asynchronous communication.

• Demonstrated capability to document workflows and create repeatable systems.

• Experience with prompt engineering and building reusable AI prompt libraries (Nice-to-Have).

• Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI search visibility strategies (Nice-to-Have).

• Background in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign (Nice-to-Have).

• Experience managing Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and website CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) (Nice-to-Have).

• Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) as they pertain to AI-driven marketing (Nice-to-Have).
