AI Learning Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Design and execute training programs that address a broad range of skill levels, emphasizing foundational machine learning and AI concepts for novices, as well as advanced subjects for seasoned learners.

• Facilitate engaging and inclusive training sessions, workshops, and webinars, ensuring that the content is accessible and resonates with a diverse, non-technical audience.

• Develop a variety of educational materials, including presentations, case studies, hands-on coding labs, interactive exercises, and assignments tailored to meet individual learning requirements.

• Offer personalized feedback and support, concentrating on each participant's development and learning outcomes.

• Regularly update and enhance curriculum materials to maintain relevance and address the evolving needs of a diverse learner population.

• Collaborate with fellow trainers and development teams to deliver a comprehensive and enriching learning experience.

• Modify teaching methods to suit various learning styles and backgrounds, prioritizing clarity and inclusivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding communication skills with an ability to engage diverse, non-technical audiences effectively.

• Proven experience in instructional design, particularly aimed at beginners and non-technical learners in the fields of machine learning and AI.

• Strong empathy and patience to understand and meet individual learning needs.

• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and blended learning methodologies.

• Proficiency in machine learning and AI technologies, as well as programming languages such as Python or R.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
