This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Evaluate student project submissions based on established criteria and grading rubrics.
• Deliver clear, constructive, and developmental written feedback for all assigned evaluations.
• Implement consistent grading standards in accordance with program calibration and moderation guidelines.
• Work alongside tutors and delivery team members to ensure marking consistency across different cohorts.
• Engage in calibration and moderation activities as necessary during each marking cycle.
• Manage assigned marking workloads to meet predetermined turnaround times and deadlines.
• Collaborate with learner support teams to guarantee that feedback facilitates learner progression.
• Keep precise records of assessment outcomes in the appropriate learning systems.
• Provide additional asynchronous-specific feedback to learners upon request, after marking and feedback have been given.
• Proven experience in marking assessments at the postgraduate level.
• Strong comprehension of leadership, strategy, or technology-related topics, particularly in AI-enabled contexts.
• Doctoral-level qualification completed or currently underway.
• Ability to apply assessment rubrics in an objective and consistent manner.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the capability to clarify complex concepts effectively.
• High emotional intelligence and receptiveness to feedback.
• Proficiency in using online learning platforms and digital assessment tools.
