AI Leadership Facilitator, University/Academic Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and conduct weekly live online sessions utilizing structured course materials.

• Oversee Assistant Facilitators, ensuring consistent learner engagement and quality of marking.

• Offer individualized guidance and academic feedback to learners in accordance with established rubrics.

• Monitor and uphold high standards in delivery, assessment, and learner satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal academic and delivery teams to manage content updates and address challenges.

• Engage in programme review discussions, providing insights for ongoing improvement.

• Represent the programme in internal panels or forums as necessary.

• Ensure that all academic activities comply with established frameworks and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a relevant PhD.

• Experience in university-level lecturing and marking, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in teaching or facilitating within structured academic or executive education environments.

• Strong understanding of AI leadership, governance, strategy, and ethics within business or organizational contexts.

• Proficient in moderating and engaging online groups of senior professionals.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for academic facilitation and learner interaction.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coordinate supporting facilitators.

• Organized, proactive, and reliable in managing multiple delivery timelines.

• Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating remotely with diverse teams.

• Postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
